MB&F should be one of the brands that come to mind but things are about to become even more difficult, this year it launched the new limited edition version of the Legacy Machine 1 (LM1) . The MB&F LM1 M.A.D Dubai will be produced in just 13 pieces
Called the MB&F LM1 M.A.D. Dubai, this limited edition timepiece benefits from the collection’s first titanium case, as well as a stylish and conservative design overall. The beautiful green dial was achieved through a “CVD” (chemical vapor deposition) process, which makes this watch fit for the Green Lantern as well.
Since this was a design meant for Dubai’s exclusive trends and style, you will understand the use of Arabic-Hindi numerals and the markers on the right subdial. The MB&F Legacy Machine 1 watch actually has two dials, with each one capable of being set to the minute.
Designed by Jean-Francois Mojon and finished by Kari Voutilainen’s workshop, the movement inside the MB&F LM1 is a working piece of art, with an elegant retro-flair to it. Manually wound, this movement is complemented by a vertical power reserve indicator and a large 2.5Hz balance wheel suspended over the dial for a great animated visual aesthetic.
